Welcome to the website of the Southern Nevada Football Coaches Association ("SNFCA," "we," "us"). By accessing or using snfca.org (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site provides information about Southern Nevada high school football, including schedules, scores, standings, rankings, statistics, and player and coach recognition. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to administrative or coach portal areas
• Interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Scrape, harvest, or republish Site content in bulk without written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information

2. Accounts

Coach and administrator accounts are issued by the SNFCA. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. The SNFCA may suspend or disable accounts at its discretion.

3. Content and Accuracy

Scores, schedules, standings, rankings, and statistics are compiled from information submitted by member coaches and league administrators. While we work to keep information accurate and current, the SNFCA makes no guarantee of accuracy and is not liable for errors or omissions. Official league decisions are made by the SNFCA, not by this website.

4. Student-Athlete Information

Player information published on the Site (name, team, jersey number, position, grade, statistics, and honors) is athletic-participation information of the kind customarily published in game programs and sports media. Requests to correct or remove player information may be sent to info@snfca.org.

5. Intellectual Property

The SNFCA name, logo, and Site content are the property of the SNFCA or its licensors. School names, mascots, and logos are the property of their respective schools and are used for identification purposes.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site links to school and third-party websites. The SNFCA is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the SNFCA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
